Before the cohort starts. If you cancel in writing at least 7 days before the cohort start date, we refund 100% of the fee paid. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date, we refund 50% of the fee.
After the cohort starts. Once classes or lessons have started, fees are non-refundable.
If we cancel. If we cancel a cohort or cannot offer you a seat after payment, we refund 100% of the fee.
Duplicate or failed payments. If you are charged twice, or money is deducted and the seat is not confirmed, write to us with the payment reference. We refund the extra or unconfirmed amount in full.
How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take extra time to show it.
